Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has been recognized by the United Nations (UN) . Indonesia's very diverse natural wealth adds to the diversity of tribes , customs, and cultures that are owned by each region . Starting from Sabang to Merauke, they have characteristics that add to their uniqueness . Lately, the rise of boy bands and girl bands from Korea has made Indonesian citizens also follow the trend of Korean countries. The restaurant is a gathering place for people to eat and drink or chat and spend time with family or relatives. A business that produces a product or service is classified as a creative industry in Indonesia, where the government is currently aggressively building creative types of businesses and can also create new job. We know that every place in indonesia has a restaurant. There are traditional restaurant, fast food restaurant, nasi padang restaurant, and anything else. But I have an inovation about restaurant. My future restaurant will selling korean food. In Indonesia, korean food is very popular these day . Indonesian people like the taste of korean food , so I wanna introduce traditional taste of korean food by follow secret recipe. Many korean food sold in a tavern or restaurant , but strong taste of korean food from my restaurant is the difference from the other vendor . Because to strengthen my determination and motivation I use it for profit and also I study at Ottimmo for free to take know ledge but not make a restaurant , it will cost my parents money , continue to get a lot of benefits . I can prove everyone and my parents will be successful.
