Abstract

One of the primary human needs is food. Without food nobody can survive, but humans don't just eat things without enjoying what they eat, so the taste creativity that some people can create using existing ingredients to taste good is something we need and we seek for. So, to be successful in this field, culinary industry needs to have something new or something unique, but it has to be something that people can enjoy There are many kinds of food in this world, and also food comes from many regions and countries. Food from different regions and countries has different food characteristics and also the ingredients used for cooking will definitely be different too. So, to bring traditional food from some place to the other places takes a slightly change in the taste of the food to suit the taste of the people there. Currently the level of Korean food fans is increasing because of K-pop and Korean drama, because of that Tacota’s will open Korean food truck that can be enjoyed by many people as a snack and also Tacota’s will bring something new from Korean food. Tacota’s will make pajeon that shaped like taco and then we will give fried chicken that coated with some sauce at the top of our taco, we made it like that because we think it will work together and become one dish that people can enjoyed it, it can also be eaten easily.
