Abstract

Pho the go is a food truck restaurant that take advantage of mobility in reaching customers. With food truck method, we can reach specific places to reach specific customers who can't leave their place to go to a restaurant, for example office worker, student, and also, we can reach culinary related events such as festivals. We choose pho because noodle and soup are one of the most favourite dishes among people. Pho is a noodle dish that topped with thinly slice meat, some aromatics and poured with hot broth. The best part of pho is the broth because it takes longest time to cook and consists of spices that lift the aroma of the broth. The noodle are flat rice noodle, so it will be chewy and healthier. Local people will suit Vietnamese food because Vietnam is located close to Indonesia so the ingredients used will be familiar to local food. Each region has its own special food. The various types of food that make the culinary world more varied. Because of that we want to participate in that. Pho is one of comfort food dishes, it’s light yet rich taste will make pho loved by many people. in Vietnam itself, pho is one of the best selling dishes.
