Abstract

The Seafood Hunter Restaurant is a restaurant that will be carrying a “display market" concept that will sell various kinds of seafood. This concept is inspired by “Layar Seafood Restaurant”, where the customers could see lots of sea animal that The Seafood Hunter sell, and it is all still alive. The name “Seafood Hunter” means that the customers will “hunt” those animals that are displayed. They get to choose whether it will be a fish, prawn, crab, or squid, based on their cravings. We also let the customers pick their sauce, there will be caramelized butter, ginger and scallion, Padang sauce, black pepper, garlic steamed, Singaporean chili sauce, and many more. When the customers finish their “hunting” session, the waiter would bring them to their seats. The customer will not have to worry that the floor easily gets wet, because the display room will be separated from the restaurant. The Seafood Hunter also provides various kinds of non-seafood cuisine for people who cannot eat seafood, so that they could still enjoy our restaurant’s menu. I enjoy various kinds of seafood, and I often go to any seafood restaurant in town. Sadly, when I went to those restaurants, they did not serve the fresh ones. From The Seafood Hunter, I will serve only the fresh ones, so that the customers will have a better experience with us. Talking about our signature cuisine, it will be ‘Crab’ with a special sauce. The special thing about the sauce is that we will be using garlic, onion, and butter. The flavor of sauce will be savory. We have a variety of crabs like Bakau Crab, Rajungan Crab, and Soka Crab. I will also ensure the quality and the hygiene of the ingredients.
