Abstract
An Entrepreneur Program is a perfect choice to practice your business skills and to absorb good business experiences since we do the business from scratch. It’s a good thing to do for millennial to practice their business skills since they are all innovative and creative. Though, the average income level is not that high, Culinary is intensely growing more in Indonesia, so many new strategies to achieve higher income. It’s a very good thing because the rate of demand will be high enough to give possibilities for new food entrepreneurs to emerge into the market. As a culinary enthusiast, the owner of Kuenecece were encouraged by the idea of using OTTIMMO’s Entrepreneur Program as a starting line to create her own business. Starting young is what the author wanted to achieve first from her dreams, because it’s more flexible for the author to adjust with the culinary trends.
