Abstract

The demands of the working world of the higher result apprenticeship process becomes very important for the future. The reason why I choose Le galleria because Le galleria is an identic cafe with identic chocolate. It also provide good environment with chocolate decoration. The other reason is because a lot of the colleagues are internship student so we could learn together and Le galleria nearby my home I started my internship in 13 May 2016 until 28 December 2016. In the first two month, I learn how to make pizza and pasta, and the next two month I learn how to make and recipe for all kind of dinner, I learned how to cook grill salmon, chicken steak, etc. After I could cook all kind of dinner, I got moved to lunch time on purpose on learning how to make type of lunches, I learn about chicken packets and fish packets that suitable for lunch. According from what I did in my internship I learn what is the real meaning of work and how to do work correctly and discipline.
