Abstract

Multigrain Makgeolli is a rice wine made with the addition of multigrain to increase nutrient content and become a healthier choice for community to consume. Most of Indonesians like to consume alcohol drinks, but they also want to have healthier lifestyle. The reason i chose to add multigrain is because i am interested in alcohol drinks and want to create something healthy also useful for alcohol drinkers. We want to add nutritional value and many benefits to makgeolli so they can still consume alcoholic beverages and stick to a healthy lifestyle without feeling guilty. We present Multigrain Makgeolli for alcohol fans. Makgeolli multigrain uses organic ingredients and has a high quality so it is safer to consume than other alcoholic drinks. By using quality goods Multigrain Makgeolli is sold at a very affordable price of Rp. 27,500 per bottle. In the manufacturing process we pay close attention to the cleanliness and sterility of our products.
