Abstract

Mafruit is a healthy cake product made from fruit and nuts. It has many benefits in health conditions. Filled with valuable enzymes, easily digested nutrients, vitamins and beneficial acids, making Cake healthier for everyone to consume. This is known to promote and help digestion and overall health. It is also an antioxidant that can ward off free radicals and increase endurance. Mafruit also has an important role in maintaining healthy skin cells and minimizing the risk of developing cancer and coronary heart disease. This is a magic bullet for health that has a myriad of health benefits. There are several steps to make this product. First, blender matoa and dates together with milk and vegetable oil until smooth. Mash the bananas, we use bananas and dates to take the natural sweetness from the fruit. Mix all liquid ingredients and almonds (chopped). Filter all the dry ingredients into a liquid, stir until all are mixed. Finally put in baking pan and bake 180c for 40/55 minutes. Mafruit cake will be packed in a packaging box, 1 box will sell for Rp. 108.500
