Abstract

Cheeseburger dumpling is a combination between Chinese and Western cuisine. Cheeseburger dumpling is a healthy food because we are using a high quality meat to make the burger and there is a lot of protein from the meat and cheese. Many people likes to eat cheeseburger and lots of people likes to eat dumpling too. So why don’t we try to combine them? That’s why I make this recipe to create something new. Something that will shock the culinary world. This new recipe will create a challenge for chefs around the world to create more new recipe like this. It is easy to make cheeseburger dumpling. A good meat and a good cheese is the key to make the taste of this product tasty. You just need a frying pan to both shallow fry and steam them. You just need a little of seasoning, not a lot of spice and herbs to create this menu. My cheeseburger dumpling target market is for people who likes to try new things in culinary. So, most of them are young and middle-aged people. The price of this product isn’t expensive it is reachable by middle class to high class. I will promote my product using social media, banner, and advertisements
