Abstract

The business revolves around the use of common ingredients that are unique and able to strive from its creativity. It starts with the making of this product, which is a meat tenderizer that is not utilized enough. The use of meat tenderizer is not common because Indoensian cuisine uses hard and tough meat and tenderizes it by a long cooking process. With this product, you'll be able to cut the cooking time immensely and use hard and tough meat in a fast cooking process such as steaks. The aim is to make people of young and old have an easier time cooking and be able to efficiently cook dishes that are hard to make without this product. The target of the products will be those who live in a high paced living environment so they are able to adapt and be curious enough with the product. The business will be located in Surabaya in a small house and without any worker participating. The process will take 3 days from a week. The business is looking for cooperation to reduce food waste and increase the quality with other tools and utilities from other companies The business itself will achieve profit from selling 47 bottles, however its possible to reduce the cost from cooperation between companies. There's a full break even point calculation attached in chapter
