Abstract

An apple is a sweet, edible fruit produced by an apple tree (Malus domestica). Apple trees are cultivated worldwide and are the most widely grown species in the genus Malus. The tree originated in Central Asia, where its wild ancestor, Malus sieversii, is still found today. Apples have been grown for thousands of years in Asia and Europe and were brought to North America by European colonists. Apples have religious and mythological significance in many cultures, including Norse, Greek and European Christian tradition. Usually apple trees are large if grown from seed. The purpose of this research is to create a new product from an ingredient which is immensely popular in Indonesia and something that people consume everyday. Apple is one of the most common fruit that can be found anywhere while sugar is something that almost everyone consume regularly or daily and can be found in almost every food and beverages. By creating a natural fruit-made sugar, there’s less chance that people will get diabetes while enjoying sweet stuff
