Abstract

Nowadays, in this world, many illness and diseases. And because of that, people start to change their lifestyle, such as eating healthy food, having exercise, and trying as best as possible to having a right lifestyle. Some people may change to be vegan or vegetarian, etc. However, many people looking for a healthy food and also it’s delicious. But for vegan people, they can not eat many kind of food especially from dairy product. Like a cheese, they can not eating cheese because cheese usually made from cow’s milk or goat’s milk. That’s why we create a new cheese product made from vegetable protein. We made it because we know many people not only vegan people, but any people who has illness or allergic within dairy product. We made this Vegan Almond Cheese so all people who can not eating dairy product specially cheese, can eating our cheese product without worry about anything. Vegan Ginger Almond Feta Cheese made from pure almond milk with anykind of good quality ingredients. This feta cheese have low calorie and low fat. And most of fat content inside this cheese is unsaturated fat. So, it’s also good for people who on diet. Eventhough it’s made from almond milk, the nutrition content inside this feta cheese still complex and don’t worry about that. We hope with our new innovation and our new product we can help people who can not eat cheese can enjoy our product. We try our best to made as good as possible to make this product always be loved by all people.
