Abstract

Sweet Potacake is a healthy cake that used purple sweet potato as the main ingredient. It has a lot of benefit in health condition and a lot of nutrients. It has low calorie density (0.03cal/oz). Rich in vitamins and minerals (74.7%/cal), and good source of fiber (12% of DV/100g). It improves digestive health, good for people with diabetes because its flavonoids can help lower blood glucose levels and this product also has a low glycemic index so it does not significantly increase the rise of blood glucose . There are some steps to make this product. First steam the sweet potato until soft enough so when in the blending process it is much easier. Second blend the ingredient until become puree and then mix the puree with flour until become batter. The last process is steaming the Batter for 15-20 minute. Sweet Potacake will be packed in a packaging box, 1 pieces of sweet Potacake will be sold for Rp. 8.000.Writer get Rp. 4.528 profit from selling 1 pcs of this product. Writer are targeting 504 pcs to be sold in a month and will generate Rp. 2,282,112 profit in total
