Abstract
Having worked and trained during the internship and under the guidance from professional chefs and others alike is an irreplaceable experience that can be replaced by just simply reading or watching on the internet, it has its own different merits. In JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya , the principles that are always enforced to everyone that we need to uphold the name and the brand of JW Marriott as a five star and international known brand ,regarding that everyone has to work as perfect as it can be, no matter if it’s a trainee or a permanent staff that has been working for 20 years. Internship program are important to every students/potential employee to understand the culture, the work ethic, the standard of a place to apply it to daily usage while working to keep the high work ethic running and treating every single thing they do as critical and needs to solved as soon as it can be and to be perfect as it can be. Throughout the many months the writer has gone through the internship it has dawned as a perspicacity for the writer as the writer to be involved not only continent dishes but also from other continents, and even for baking and pastry, In this internship period the writer has met its own road bumps, such as generating mistakes but alas it has been a great learning experience for the writer to own it up the mistakes he made, and be responsible for every mistake the writer made, not just in this internship at JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya, but in other parts of the writer’s life and it’s all thanks to Internship at JW Marriott Hotel Surabaya
