Abstract
Banana peel cereal is made from banana peel as the main ingredient. Banana peel is organic waste in large amount which has not been watched by people. Truthfully, banana peel has many benefits but many people do not know the benefits well. The process of producing banana peel cereal is quite easy but it takes a long time. Banana peel cereal is a practical healthy food. The main market of this product is working people who prefer healthy food. Though the price is affordable but this product is healthy food which can be consumed by public. The price is Rp. 16.052.
