Abstract
Crispy Date Oat Biscuit is a healthy snack innovation developed with a focus on taste and nutritional benefits. This product was created to meet consumer demand for high-fiber, low-sugar snacks, using dates and oats as the main ingredients. The development process involved formulation trials, sensory analysis, and nutritional calculations. The final biscuit weighs 35 grams per serving, contains 160 calories, and is priced at Rp 26,500. The results show a crispy texture, natural sweetness, and high acceptance among panelists. This product is considered a practical and affordable healthy snack alternative for modern consumers.
