Abstract

During 6 months of internship, the internship has provided a valuable lesson and insight on what it’s like going through the fast-paced world of professional baking and pastry industry. The author learned to hone their technical and soft skills accompanied with pressure, time, knowledge, and practice. Each tasks were contributed to professional and personal growth. The author feels appreciative towards every opportunities spent during their 6 months of internship in Corica Pastries Surabaya.
