Abstract
"This report presents the results of an internship conducted by the author at Bartolo Bali for a period of 6 months, from December 20, 2023 to June 20, 2024. The purpose of this internship was to provide practical experience in the hospitality industry, especially in the kitchen area, as well as to develop professional skills in culinary arts. The author trained in the modern French Restaurant of Bartolo Bali-Uluwatu During the internship, the author was involved in various activities including food preparation, cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen hygiene management. From this internship, the author can learn and and be given an insight into how to work in the professional and fast-paced restaurant.
